Designed to minimize instrument downtime and maximize the lifetime and productivity of your analytical instrumentation as well as meet regulatory compliance quidelines
Preventive maintenance and Qualification included.
Priority on-site repair service
Hardware troubleshooting.
Parts and materials used for the repair.
On-site labor and travel hours.

Priority next day on-site service to minimize downtime resulting in increased laboratory productivity.
Cost effective, one fixed annual price prevents budget overruns.
Planned preventive maintenance visits which assist in instrument uptime.
Customer receipt and qualification documentation upon completion for your records.

Service Agreement B: PM Only
Designed for customers with enough back up instrumentation capability that an on-site delay will not interfere with laboratory production.
Preventive maintenance only.
Non-priority on-site repair service.
Hardware troubleshooting.
Parts and materials used for the PM.
On-site labor and travel hours
  Benefits:
Cost effective, one fixed annual price prevents budget overruns.
Lower cost than Agreement A.
Planned preventive maintenance which assist in instrument uptime.
Customer receipt upon completion for your records.

Service Agreement C: Calibration Only
Designed for customer meeting regulatory guidelines of annual or semi-annual calibration testing.
Preventive maintenance, excludes parts.
Scheduled service.
On-site labor and travel hours.
  Benefits
Cost effective, one fixed annual price, excluding parts.
Documentation upon completion.
