Founded in 1997, AlphaTech Services was established by Vito F. Grisanti as a professionally qualified service and maintenance organization for Analytical Instrumentation. Mr. Grisanti has over 20 years of service experience and founded the company based upon the mission to deliver high quality, on-site service and customer support on liquid and gas chromatography instrumentation at a cost effective price. Operation, training, repair and maintenance of Hewlett Packard/Aglient and Waters instrumentation are a specialized niche for the company. As a former service representative for both companies, Mr. Grisanti brings qualified knowledge of available hardware, software, data handling systems, detector types and analysis techniques to help get you the solution you need. As a former chemist in the pharmaceutical industry, he is knowledgeable of GLP, GMP, ISO-9000 and various national standards requiring that Analytical Laboratory instruments and equipment are regularly maintained, calibrated and validated with results fully documented for inspection by auditors. He has a simple formula: surround yourself with a good staff, carry a wide range of solutions and unique customer relationships will follow. He has never forgotten that without customers a business cannot exist, so his staff is closely integrated with each customer so that they can understand and relate to the unique needs that they have. Vito’s staff has been certified by Aglient and Waters to perform the various tasks of Operation Qualification, Performance Verification, Installation Qualification, Maintenance Qualification etc. AlphaTech’s success is measured in its customer’s ability to maintain compliance in their respective regulated environments. To accommodate the continued growth of AlphaTech Services, AlphaTec Testing was created in January 2004. Our new facility located in Northern (Westwood) New Jersey will continue the tradition of great service and customer satisfaction by responding to the industry’s need for improved, compliant contract laboratories for the testing of their products and materials. AlphaTech's modern laboratory opened in Spring, 2005 and offers a complete array of analytical instrumentation and method validation services. Vito knows that the testing abilities and service will quickly differentiate AlphaTec Testing from its competition.
